I am one of the original Chimes and on April 30, 2008, after 43 years, the four of us came together at Lenny and his wife Jenny's house in Long Island. Back together again with Lenny Cocco, Rich Mercado and Pat De Prisco was a trip "Back to the Future" It felt as if time had stood still. Wasting no time we started where we left off singing. It was like getting back on my first bike again!!! The dulcet sounds of the yesteryear Chimes hadn't dropped a beat. Once In Awhile, I'm In The Mood For Love, So... Let's Fall In Love... Once again...Now, as we originally did Then! Happy to be back... John Riccoboni

I absolutly love this music. I think it is admirable that so many of the Doo Wop groups have reunited and are preserving the sound in live appearances and shows that are carried by PBS. keep up the great work

Im proud and honored to say my father is one of the original chimes. I can remember as a little girl (long time ago) being at the doo-wop shows, looking up onto the stage thinking...yup thats my dad! Growing up, my friends would always laugh at the fact that I knew all the words to "old" songs lol. Looking back at it, who would have thought that after all these years fait would bring "The Chimes" back together again. I unfortunaltey missed the first show but am looking foward to being at the upcoming ones. I always looked at Lenny, Richie, and most of all Joey as my uncles. And even though Uncle Joey is no longer with us, I believe he is smiling and singing right along with you guys! And finally to my dad, what can I say...I am so proud of you! Every time I hear you sing I get butterflies and it still brings tears to my eyes . I love you and mom very much!! Love Always Your Little Girl xoxoxo

Hi guys, The first time I seen you guys singing live was at Richie's wedding. Richie and I grew up as best friends for many years. Richie, Josephine, and myself hung out together as teenagers. Needless to say, he married the prettiest girl in Brooklyn, and sang with the best group in Doo Wop history. I'll have the pleasure of seeing you guys singing "live" again at Richie's son's wedding. Keep the history alive.
